- Home delivery: HCT Logistics (Taiwan main island only)
- Convenience store pickup: 7-11 and FamilyMart (Taiwan main island and offshore island stores)
【Delivery Time / Areas】
- Home delivery: 1–3 days / Taiwan main island (track your order)
- Convenience store pickup: 2–4 days / Taiwan main island
- Postal delivery: 3–7 days / Taiwan offshore islands
【Shipping Fees & Free-Shipping Thresholds】
- Convenience store pickup: free shipping on orders over NT$999
- Home delivery (Taiwan main island): free shipping on orders over NT$2,500
【Shipping Notes】
- Orders ship within approximately 1–3 business days after ordering (excluding the order date, weekends, and holidays).
- Deliveries are made Monday–Friday, 10:00–17:00. No deliveries on weekends.
- Shipments may be delayed during holiday peaks or due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters).
- Home delivery: actual delivery timing depends on the courier's route.
- Convenience store pickup: please watch for the arrival SMS and collect your package within 7 days of arrival.
【Unclaimed / Refused Packages】
- If a package is returned to our logistics warehouse because it was unclaimed or refused, we will contact you.
- To have your order re-shipped, a re-shipping fee of NT$170 must be paid first; we will ship once payment is received.
- If you do not wish to have the order re-shipped, the order will be cancelled and the product amount refunded within approximately 7–14 business days.
- For customers with 2 or more unclaimed packages without cause, we reserve the right to cancel orders, restrict delivery methods, or decline future transactions.
